The Florida Automobile Joint Underwriting Association (FAJUA) makes insurance available to licensed drivers and commercial entities that have been unable to purchase insurance in the private market.  The FAJUA is often referred to as a “High Risk Market” or “Market of Last Resort” because it provides affordable insurance to those in the private sector who might otherwise be uninsurable.
